Every factory has its own process, and no two are alike. Comeva designs solutions and automation to suit the people who will use them — loading, unloading, turning, stacking — and writes the software that makes the line work as one. This is not catalogue automation: it starts from what is already installed in your workshop and the solution is designed from there.
A line is not something you buy ready-made. Comeva's are modular and designed to each customer's measure — loading and unloading gantries, conveyors and the machining centre in the middle, arranged in the order the work calls for and with room to grow later. Each station reads the door's dimensions and sets itself, and that is what makes it possible to run different models one after another without stopping the line to reset it every time.
A door is not made with one machine alone. Comeva covers door manufacturing and machining from end to end — machining, milling frames, edgebanding and automating everything in between. The MASTER DOBLE ZENIT shows the method well: two work areas alternating between door and frame, and a head with four dedicated motors, none of them shared.
The structure of a heavy machine, the control of a new one. On the NITRO 6 CNC the units position themselves automatically, by servomotor: changing edging or radius becomes a matter of choosing the program instead of loosening anything, and the rigidity of the body is what holds the repeatability. It applies edging from 0.4 to 3 mm on parts from 10 to 60 mm, with feed at 16, 18 or 22 m/min and EVA or PUR gluing in two colours.
