With the ExpertCut cutting optimiser, cutting plans are prepared in the office. It imports the parts list from CAD or ERP and returns the optimised cutting plan. The machine then receives all the information and sets itself up to cut — completely on its own, printing the labels as it cuts.
Every part leaves the saw already labelled. Just look at the label or scan the barcode to know the next step — no paper lists, no pencil marks. Fewer mix-ups between cutting and assembly.
A whole panel loaded by one person. The PAV lowering device brings the material down through the machine without anyone touching it. The clamps are coated, designed for sensitive surfaces, and each one holds up to 130 kg.
Nobody pushes the panel by hand. The PPS programmable feeder handles the horizontal feed of the workpiece, with the panel resting on the lower rollers and held by its own clamp. It positions to 0.1 mm.

Half the space, twice the panel
A conventional machine with a cutting range of only 3300×3300 mm needs about 60 m² of floor. A Striebig does the same work in about 24 m² — and it cuts panels up to 5300 mm long as the standard size, with no option needed.
That leaves you 36 m² of warehouse for machines, for material or simply to move around.
Less floor area, low maintenance and a high residual value — used Striebigs still fetch good money. It is that sum, and not the list price, that decides what the machine really costs.
